This Privacy Policy explains how Dupilio handles information when you use the app.

1. Data Processing Model

Dupilio scans photos directly on your device to detect duplicate and very similar images. Photo analysis is performed on-device.

2. Personal Data Collection

Dupilio does not require account creation and does not intentionally collect personal data such as your name, address, or phone number.

3. Photo Access

Photo library permission is requested only to scan and show selected photos for deletion. If permission is denied or limited, scan results may be incomplete.

4. Purchases and Subscriptions

Subscription purchases are processed by Apple. Dupilio does not store your full payment card details. Billing and renewal settings are managed via your Apple account.

5. Data Sharing

Dupilio does not sell your data. Data may only be processed by Apple services required for purchase and app delivery.

6. Data Retention

Since Dupilio primarily operates on-device, most operational data remains on your device. You can remove the app at any time.
